Louise Coughlin Ltd provides clinical supervision to a range of disciplines. Supervision can facilitate high quality care provision by allowing professionals the space to reflect on their practice. Such reflection may include: discussing best practice; exploring positive outcomes and how these were achieved; considering the emotional and personal issues that may be impacting performance; the challenges of working with specific clients; and, managing the practitioner's own well being. Louise Coughlin Ltd will consider a variety of supervision models that best meet the needs of the individual practitioner or service.

Supervision is offered on an individual or group basis. Individual supervision can be facilitated online, at the individual's place of work, or at the York Clinic. Group supervision can be facilitated online or at the premises of the requesting organisation.
