A former client got in touch with me this weekend. It was quite timely as I had only just been thinking of her the other day and wondering how she was getting on. She shared this link with me and suggested that other clients might find it useful. I have already shared this with family and friends...so much easier to forward a text then write a blog!...but now it is your turn.
